For all GreCon measuring technology systems, the user interfaces follow the same principle. The easy menu structure which is the same for all measuring systems allows for an intuitive and user-friendly operation and a quick familiarisation with new systems. Thanks to its modular design, the user surface can be easily adapted to the operator's needs. The relevant information of the respective job is shown quickly and clearly to the operator in a numerical and graphical representation. Any deviation from the regular production process is clearly signaled so that the plant operator can intervene quickly and effectively. Detailed reports can be prepared for a further analysis.
Calibration data, plant conditions and configuration and recipe parameters are saved in the database besides the measured values. A backup of all mentioned data is created automatically in regular intervals in the scope of data storage.
All relevant data and parameters of the products are compiled in recipes. New recipes can be created and existing recipes can be edited and adapted.
Herewith it is possible to generate different analyses of a production batch or a production period, and amongst others archived measurements and system events. A pdf-file can be compiled individually.
The measured data can be exported automatically or manually. There are different setting options (data format, export directory, storage path, layout, plot).
Every user (operator) can be classified into an appropriate user group according to his/her authorities. Different rights can be assigned to every user group. These rights can be adapted individually at any time. It is also possible to generate new user groups.

Every measuring system has an automatic calibration system
